As a Technical Project Manager (Technical Producer), you oversee all development projects, ensuring successful completion on time and within budget while keeping your team organized and motivated.

In Short

Act as the lead subject matter expert within the company.
Oversee front-end, website, web app, and mobile app development projects.
Ensure a deep understanding of development processes.
Forecast accurate timelines and plan development resources for each project.
Collaborate with design and development teams to estimate, implement, and build timelines for proposals.
Ensure functional requirements are clear, tracked, and achievable.
Conduct and manage daily stand-ups.
Manage developers and QAs to focus on on-time delivery.
Track, analyze, and monitor progress throughout the development lifecycle.
Educate clients through the development processes.

Requirements

4+ years of technical project management experience.
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., monday.com, ClickUp, JIRA).
Familiarity with Google Workspace applications.
Ability to author and refine business requirements.
Proven track record of success in a leadership position.
Knowledge of ReactJS, JavaScript, CSS, Python, Tailwind, Next, WordPress, and Webflow is a plus.
