Overview

The position involves managing and organizing construction sites for various building projects including residential, commercial, and industrial developments.

Requirements

• Training as a draftsman in architecture or construction drawing is advantageous.
• Diploma in construction management or currently in training.
• Knowledge of construction administration software - CAD is a plus.
• Familiarity with Swiss building laws, norms, and standards or willingness to acquire this knowledge.
• PC skills.
• Driver's license category B.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action.
• Flexibility, independence, and sense of responsibility.
• Fluent German in spoken and written form.
