Overview

This role is part of our Personalised Creative team, focusing on creating emotive yet conversion-focused ideas, products, and campaigns at scale and speed for clients like Meta, Google, and Walmart.

In Short

  • Manage the end-to-end creative process from brief to execution.
  • Translate business propositions into engaging marketing campaign plans.
  • Develop and optimize campaigns across digital channels.
  • Manage internal stakeholder relationships to meet deadlines.
  • Improve campaign personalization and targeting.
  • Analyze real-time channel performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Act as a creative adviser and technical expert to the marketing leadership team.
  • Own and optimize all digital marketing activity.
  • Present campaigns to senior stakeholders.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on new tech development onboarding.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in a marketing role.
  • In-depth knowledge of B2C marketing and campaign delivery.
  • Proven experience in translating marketing propositions into campaigns.
  • Experience in defining owned channel execution strategy.
  • Experience in campaign optimization and post-campaign analysis.
  • Customer-centric thinking with operational focus.
  • Independent and creative problem solver.
  • Expert in digital marketing with a track record of integrated campaigns.
  • Technical understanding of digital marketing platforms.
  • Fluency in German and English.
