Overview

The Group Director, Client Partner is a leadership role focused on client relationship building, account management, and strategic planning within a pioneering digital agency. The position requires a deep understanding of Brand and Performance marketing, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering integrated services to clients.

In Short

  • Lead client relationships and manage accounts at an agency level.
  • Experience in B2B and B2C marketing campaigns, preferably with SaaS.
  • Coordinate marketing, product, and analytics teams to drive traffic and leads.
  • Implement full-funnel, cross-channel campaign strategies.
  • Elevate client ambitions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain knowledge of digital media channels and tactics.
  • Manage major deliverables and presentations for clients.
  • Oversee onboarding of new clients and ensure successful collaboration.
  • Mentor and develop team members into senior roles.
  • Participate in new business development.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in client-facing roles, with 5 years leading client relationships.
  • Proven experience managing a team of 3+ direct reports.
  • Strong leadership instincts and client trust.
  • Ability to articulate persuasive points of view.
  • Experience with various paid media channels.
  • Hands-on experience with major digital advertising platforms.
  • Familiarity with media industry research and planning tools.
  • Knowledge of traditional media channels is preferred.
