Overview

The Health Data Analyst Research Analyst 3 position supports Oregon’s Sustainable Health Care Cost Growth Target Program by analyzing data to track cost growth and identify opportunities for cost containment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with statistics or quantitative analysis.
• One year experience in data analysis or four years of research experience.
• Graduate-level coursework preferred in relevant fields.
• Minimum two years’ experience analyzing healthcare data.
• Proficient in R, SAS, SQL, and data visualization tools.
• Experienced in statistical and quantitative analysis.
• Familiarity with health policy and Medicaid/Medicare programs.
