Overview

The Raychaudhuri Lab at Brigham & Women’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School is looking for a Research Data Analyst to analyze spatial and single cell genomics data to understand tissue inflammation in human diseases.

Requirements

• BS or MS in computational biology, genomics or related field.
• At least one year of experience in an academic research setting.
• Proficiency in R, bash, Python or similar programming languages.

• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate ideas and results.
