Overview

The Field Coach role provides in-store, in-the-field, and on-the-floor coaching for Field Staff, focused on improving behaviors, team performance, and maintaining a focus on the program's initiatives and signup-led conversations.

In Short

  • Provide in-field post-onboarding coaching support for new markets.
  • Work with Training Supervisor & Regional managers to collect field insights.
  • Help oversee the effectiveness of in-field training programs.
  • Improve team performance with 1:1 behavioral-led coaching.
  • Maintain an understanding of the brand service and its features.
  • Support Field Managers and Brand Ambassadors in customer engagement.
  • Focus on coaching techniques, separate from training.
  • Be on-site and in the field during active days, typically weekends.
  • Analyze Secret Shopping Data and respond to coaching needs.
  • Work with the Global Training Director to provide updates.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate background in coaching, especially in a customer-relations environment.
  • Understand brand identity and assess Field teams engagement.
  • Experience with hardware and software, including mobile devices.
  • 3+ years of experience in retail or brand marketing.
  • Knowledge of consumer culture.
  • Experience facilitating meetings and giving presentations.
  • Comfortable working with various partners, including clients and executives.
  • Must be responsible, punctual, and professional.
