AuditBoard is seeking a Deal Desk Analyst (Temp) to join our Global Deal Desk team, supporting all commercial-related activities.

In Short

  • Provide expert guidance to Sales and Customer Success on deal structuring and pricing.
  • Ensure deals align with company policies.
  • Review and confirm contract terms and conditions.
  • Draft, modify, and finalize contracts for Cloud Subscription Services.
  • Review and approve deals for customers and prospects.
  • Resolve issues using professional judgment and company policies.
  • Handle queries from Sales and Account Management teams.
  • Support Sales enablement through training initiatives.
  • Drive efficiency and process improvements.
  • Participate in testing for quoting tool enhancements.

Requirements

  • 4-year college degree.
  • 3 years of experience in a Deal Desk in a SaaS company.
  • Customer First perspective.
  • Outstanding business partnering skills.
  • Excellent understanding of deal support topics.
  • Ability to organize and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with computer applications and CRM systems.
