In Short

• Oversee the development, implementation, and refinement of global talent processes.
• Independently manage end-to-end talent projects.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance talent operations.
• Facilitate and deliver high-impact talent programs for senior stakeholders.
• Design and execute global talent initiatives.
• Contribute to the design and delivery of global wellbeing initiatives.
• Partner with Talent colleagues and key stakeholders across regions.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in talent operations, learning and development, HR, or a related field.
• Proven track record of independently managing complex projects.
• Strong understanding of global HR practices and operational excellence.
• High level of integrity and self-motivation.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Relevant qualifications in HR or Talent Development are preferred.
