Indirect Procurement Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Indirect Procurement Manager to join us here in Denova as part of our exclusive talent pool!

• Responsible for sourcing strategies for indirect spend category.
• Oversee source-to-pay process for indirect spend category, including sourcing, supplier negotiations, and contracts management.
• Partner with business units to enhance existing solutions and manage sourcing pipelines.
• Design, implement, and refine sourcing strategies for all indirect-related categories.
• Conduct and analyse market research to identify industry trends and risks.
• Manage vendor relationships and performance.
• Draft, review and finalise indirect spend contracts.
• Act as the escalation point for complex contractual or service issues.
• Identify and establish KPIs across procurement functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in procurement or sourcing focused on indirect spend categories.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Strong knowledge of indirect spend categories.
• Proven ability to deliver cost savings through effective spend analysis and negotiation.
• Strong innovation drive and project management skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in procurement tools such as SAP S/4Hana / Coupa.
• Leadership experience managing a team of buyers or procurement specialists.
