Indirect Procurement Category Manager - Remote

In Short

• Lead strategic sourcing and category management for all non-production goods and services.
• Build and manage strong, collaborative supplier relationships.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to drive cost savings, mitigate risk, and ensure operational excellence.
• Provide subject matter expertise on categories including construction and operations facilities.
• Develop multi-year category strategies.
• Lead the end-to-end RFX process and oversee supplier relations.
• Negotiate and draft agreements to minimize risk exposure.
• Analyze data to determine negotiation value and total cost of ownership.
• Implement new processes to address procurement needs.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of procurement experience with 7+ years in physical security, facilities, or construction services.
• Sourcing skills including spend analysis and negotiation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform outsourcing analyses and develop ownership models.
• Ability to influence and act as a change agent.
• High personal integrity and ethics.
