Overview

The Inbound Sales Consultant is responsible for handling inbound sales calls, processing orders, answering questions, and selling products/services while identifying customer needs and linking them to appropriate solutions.

• Must be 18 years of age or older

Requirements

• Basic computer skills
• Call center experience preferred
• Customer service experience
• Ability to understand and meet client needs
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to build a strong sales pipeline
