Overview

The Operations Support II role focuses on reviewing and investigating check orders to prevent fraud and identity theft, ensuring the authenticity of orders prior to production.

In Short

  • Review check orders for authenticity before production.
  • Investigate flagged orders for potential fraud.
  • Document actions and decisions taken during investigations.
  • Collaborate with customer service and financial institutions.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to order verification.
  • Identify trends in fraud behavior and update internal processes.
  • Maintain discretion when handling sensitive escalated calls.
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED and relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer support.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2 years of customer support experience.
  • 1 year of experience in check order investigations preferred.
  • Experience with Comet and CFS is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service abilities.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
