Senior Software Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Software Engineering team delivers next-generation application enhancements and new products for a changing world. As a Software Senior Engineer, you will develop sophisticated systems and software based on customer business goals and needs, particularly focusing on BIOS/EFI firmware for Dell’s Enterprise systems.

In Short

• Develop and enhance Automation suite for Enterprise BIOS/UEFI FW using Python.
• Contribute to the architecture design of automation tools.
• Automate Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI/CD).
• Work with a team-oriented environment.
• 5-8 years of experience in Automation development.
• Experience with Python testing modules.
• Develop Automation Framework from Scratch.
• Familiarity with Jenkins and GitHub.
• Exposure to ELK framework is a plus.
• Knowledge of JavaScript and HTML5 is desirable.

Requirements

• BSCE or equivalent degree.
• 5-8 years of work experience in Automation development using Python.
• Good experience with Python testing modules (unittest, pytest, nosetest).
• Experience in developing Automation Framework from Scratch.
• Familiarity with Jenkins, GitHub, and CI/CD processes.
