Overview

Support global teams by maintaining knowledge and learning systems, ensuring effective reporting, and managing administrative processes that enable Delivery Associates to grow and fulfill its mission of helping governments and social impact organizations improve lives around the world.

In Short

• Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and Knowledge Management System (KMS).
• Track learner progress and feedback for content improvement.
• Generate reports on learner engagement and compliance.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings and events.
• Support knowledge-sharing meetings and workshops.
• Maintain knowledge management systems for easy access.
• Assist in curating instructional materials.
• Provide project coordination and administrative support.
• Collaborate with the Learning and Development team.
• Contribute to a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
• Two years of professional experience in learning and knowledge administration.
• Experience managing LMS and KMS.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Must be based in Peru with work authorization.
