Overview

Join Delivery Associates as a Delivery Leader and support us deliver impact on the biggest issues facing society today - climate, education, health, innovation, and others - in partnership with governments, philanthropy, and non-profit partners in Latin America and the Caribbean.

In Short

• Support government partners to improve their data capacities and practices.
• Demonstrate familiarity with emerging technologies, including AI tools.
• Earn trust and influence among diverse stakeholders.
• Run effective meetings and workshops.
• Turn raw data into actionable insights.
• Communicate clearly in both remote and in-person settings.
• Bring structure and planning to day-to-day work.
• Identify root causes before developing solutions.
• Navigate complexity in policy and program implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5-8 years of relevant work experience.
• Business level proficiency in English; Spanish proficiency desirable.
• Expertise in data analysis and facilitation of trainings.
• Experience with standard business software.
• Remote work capability with travel willingness.
• Must be based in Latin America and have work authorization.
• Availability to start as early as August 2025.
