Overview

The Vice President, Corporate FP&A will be a key member of the finance leadership team and will play a critical role in leading the company’s corporate financial planning and analysis function. This individual will provide strategic insight, financial rigor, and executive decision support to drive growth, profitability, and shareholder value.

In Short

  • Lead the corporate FP&A organization, including corporate planning, forecasting, budgeting, annual and long-range planning, and business performance reporting.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the SVP of FP&A, CFO, and executive leadership.
  • Drive the company’s financial operating model, including bookings, revenue, ARR, cash flow, and profitability metrics.
  • Provide analysis and guidance on key business drivers, SaaS KPIs, and operational efficiency opportunities.
  • Partner with the overall FP&A function and cross-functionally to provide financial visibility.
  • Lead monthly forecasting and annual planning.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and mentor a small team, fostering a culture of analytical excellence.
  • Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes and tools.
  • Support corporate development and M&A due diligence.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive finance experience, with 7+ years in FP&A leadership roles.
  • Strong background in enterprise software, SaaS, or other recurring revenue business models.
  • Deep knowledge of SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, etc.).
  • Proven ability to build complex financial models.
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling FP&A functions.
  • Experience driving automation of reporting/forecasting processes.
  • Familiarity with valuation concepts and reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
