Overview

Delinea seeks a Senior Marketing Manager, reporting to the VP Global Growth Marketing, to be the architect and owner of Delinea’s Fastpath growth marketing strategy.

In Short

• Define the global Fastpath marketing strategy and model the revenue waterfall to set lead and pipeline targets.
• Drive the annual and quarterly marketing planning process.
• Act as the first point of contact for Fastpath marketing.
• Collaborate with other teams in the marketing organization.
• Work with the Strategic Alliance team to build co-marketing programs.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics.
• Develop joint marketing strategies with partners.
• Provide regular reports and data-driven insights to stakeholders.
• Engage the partner ecosystem with effective communications.
• Optimize lead handoff processes with the Sales Development team.

Requirements

• 5–8 years B2B SaaS marketing experience, cyber security preferred.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.
• Experience in demand generation, digital marketing, and field marketing.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple workstreams.
• Strong budget management and marketing measurement skills.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools.
