In Short

• Support marketing strategy and tactical plan for antifungal product in China.
• Develop department penetration strategy and tactical plan in ICU/ID/Respiratory.
• Refine promotional toolkits to support daily visiting and clinical education.
• Manage operation budget.
• Analyze complex marketing data to refine marketing strategies.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders.
• Cooperate with Sales, RMM, Medical and PA to align strategies.
• Provide training to sales force for improving effectiveness.
• Lead cross-functional efforts for sustainable uptake of AmBisome.
• Engage in strategic thinking and learning agility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science, clinical medicine preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of pharmaceutical experience, including 4 years in marketing.
• Comprehensive marketing knowledge, especially in anti-fungal area.
• Strong key opinion leader engagement capability.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset.
• Fluent in conversational and written English.
