Overview

Delbridge Solutions is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage customer relationships, drive revenue expansion, and ensure the success of engagements.

In Short

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and expansion opportunities.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Drive service expansion and license revenue growth.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and customers.
  • Support billing, invoicing, and contract management processes.
  • Develop relationships with aligned partners.
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience with CPM/SPM/Data & Analytics software is a plus.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services.
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of expanding service offerings.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with billing, invoicing, and contract management is a plus.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with consulting, sales, and finance teams.
  • Prior experience with CPM/SPM/Data & Analytics software is a strong asset.
