In Short

• Technical problem-solver with excellent communication skills
• Background in development or consulting
• Comfortable reading and interpreting code
• 5+ years of experience in software development, consulting, or support
• Familiarity with software architectures, deployment, and operations
• Proficiency in at least one programming language
• Experience with databases
• Familiarity with Linux; Windows tuning knowledge is a plus
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus
• Collaborate with internal teams for successful project delivery

• Strong analytical and diagnostic skills
• Motivation to manage both technical and customer-facing tasks
• Confidence presenting and collaborating with customers
• Experience with MongoDB is a plus
• Ability to identify opportunities or risks and communicate them
