CPM Solution Architect - Remote

We’re looking for a CPM Solution Architect to join our team, requiring strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of business needs.

In Short

• Build highly collaborative relationships with business stakeholders.
• Lead workshops, design prototypes, create proof-of-concept models, and contribute to solution designs.
• Develop and implement solution architecture for Corporate Performance Management (CPM) platforms.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
• Work on application integration and ensure alignment with business processes.
• Drive innovation by identifying and implementing improvements in workflows and planning processes.
• Guide and mentor team members while working on impactful projects.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in solution architecture, implementation, and application integration within CPM platforms like Anaplan, TM1, Pigment, CCH Tagetik, or Oracle Hyperion/EPM.
• Strong technical expertise in data visualization, user experience, and planning workflows.
• Proven ability to lead workshops and design collaborative solutions that meet business needs.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Strong analytical skills to understand business challenges and deliver tailored solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, IT, or Finance is preferred.
