Overview

Del Oro Consulting is seeking a Finance Program Manager to support a Finance AI agent program across multiple functions within the Finance organization.

In Short

• Drive coordination across multiple workstreams.
• Facilitate program meetings and stakeholder reviews.
• Own meeting agendas and track action items.
• Maintain core program documentation and produce status reports.
• Manage integrated schedules and escalate blockers.
• Partner with Change Management and Training teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in finance program management or project management.
• Strong executive presence.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience with collaboration tools like Smartsheet or Asana.
