Del Oro Consulting is seeking an experienced Finance Change Manager to lead change management initiatives within a finance organization, focusing on the transition from SAP S/4 to SAP BRIM.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in change management within finance.
• Experience with finance-led change initiatives.
• Expertise in change management methodologies.
• Strong executive presence and independent operation.
• Ability to translate complex initiatives into clear messaging.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Strong analytical skills for impact assessments.
• High-quality deliverables for large-scale programs.
• Familiarity with SAP BRIM is a plus.
