Finance Change Manager - Remote

Overview

An experienced Finance Change Manager consultant is sought to support critical initiatives within a client’s Finance organization, focusing on change management and communication strategies.

In Short

• Lead change management for the BRIM initiative transitioning from SAP S/4 to SAP BRIM.
• Conduct change impact assessments for finance functions.
• Develop and execute tailored change management strategies.
• Partner with leadership to ensure alignment throughout the change lifecycle.
• Deliver high-quality change deliverables including communications and training.
• Assess employee sentiment and readiness through various feedback mechanisms.
• Manage comprehensive communications plans for stakeholder engagement.
• Create and manage training materials for business readiness.
• Measure post-implementation effectiveness through adoption metrics.
• Support GoLive preparations and stabilization activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in leading change management initiatives in finance.
• Direct experience with finance-led change initiatives required.
• Expertise in change management methodologies and industry best practices.
• Ability to develop and report on change programs.
• Strong executive presence and independent operation skills.
• Experience translating complex initiatives into clear messaging.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively.
• Strong analytical skills for impact assessments.
• Track record of producing high-quality deliverables.
• Familiarity with SAP BRIM or large enterprise transformations is a plus.
