• Seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to support the Head of Finance.
• Blend traditional finance with crypto-native treasury management.
• Support a fast-moving, globally distributed team.
• Lead accounting and financial reporting in-house.
• Own month-end close and management accounts.
• Design and implement robust accounting processes.
• Manage systems around AP, AR, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with external providers on compliance and audits.
• Develop understanding of crypto accounting standards.
• Work in a dynamic, scale-up environment.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent).
• Strong technical accounting and reporting background.
• Experience with US GAAP accounting is a plus.
• Experience managing ERP systems (QuickBooks a plus).
• Experience in a scale-up, FinTech, or high-growth environment.
• Comfortable being hands-on and strategic.
• Experience implementing finance systems from scratch.
• Proactive and commercially minded.
