Finance Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and execution-oriented Finance Manager to report to the Finance Director and support our growing healthcare organization.

In Short

• Support and oversee monthly close and year-end close processes across multiple legal entities.
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Monitor and manage daily cash positions across multiple bank accounts.
• Assist with post-acquisition accounting integration.
• Serve as a finance partner to RCM leadership and third-party vendors.
• Assist with annual budgeting and rolling forecasts.
• Prepare management reporting packages for leadership.
• 5+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience required.

Requirements

• CPA preferred.
• Public accounting experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of nonprofit accounting and reporting preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial controls.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
