Overview

Fogo is hiring an Affiliate Growth Manager to drive growth by sourcing, onboarding, and scaling high-impact affiliates while building lasting partnerships across crypto and fintech.

In Short

• Identify, source, and onboard new affiliates, including influencers and media partners.
• Lead the complete onboarding journey: outreach, negotiations, contracts, and training.
• Build and nurture strong affiliate relationships as the primary point of contact.
• Design and launch targeted growth campaigns for affiliates.
• Partner with affiliates to create and distribute compelling product content.
• Collect market and partner feedback for product improvements.
• Track performance and monitor ROI of affiliate campaigns.
• Organize online and offline affiliate events for engagement.
• Leverage analytics tools to drive data-informed decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or business development.
• Proven track record in building and managing affiliate networks.
• Strong negotiation and partnership development skills.
• Proficient with CRM tools and key social platforms.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• Highly driven and results-oriented in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in Asian languages is a strong plus.
