Overview

As a Solutions Architect at KOMOJU, you will play a pivotal role in our sales team, bridging the gap between our technical solutions and our valued clients.

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide technical expertise.
• Assist in creating compelling proposals.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for client accounts.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing client experience.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance.
• Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams.
• Facilitate seamless onboarding for clients.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Act as a bridge between clients and the product team.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a Technical Pre-Sales or Sales Engineering role.
• Experience in implementation or customer success.
• Strong understanding of technology products and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with APIs and system integration.
• Strong Stakeholder Engagement skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Problem-solving mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Fluent in Japanese & Business level English.
