In Short

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify, prospect, and close new business within the eye care industry.
  • Utilize outbound prospecting techniques to generate pipeline, including cold outreach, networking, and leveraging industry insights.
  • Engage and multi-thread across various stakeholders, including executives, clinical leaders, IT teams, and procurement departments.
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations, understanding client pain points and demonstrating how solutions address their needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales development teams to refine messaging and lead-generation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in CRM tools.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and customer needs to continuously refine the sales approach.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in healthcare technology, SaaS, or medical device sales.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing deals with large healthcare organizations.
  • Strong experience in outbound prospecting and sales pipeline management.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and build relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
