Requirements

  • Passion for Product Design and UX.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Product Design, with leadership experience.
  • Strong skills in UI, UX, and visual design.
  • Data-informed approach to design.
  • Able to work under ambiguity while maintaining quality.
  • Strong communicator and facilitator.
  • Experience in mentoring Product Designers.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience.
  • Knowledge of Payroll and Fintech industries.
