Overview

As a Staff Product Designer, you’ll impact the lives of everyday people and help them move from surviving to thriving with digital personal finance solutions.

In Short

• Proactively partner with marketers, designers, engineers, and product teams.
• Build and develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Create and execute A/B tests to enhance user experience.
• Focus on performance optimization by identifying drop-off points.
• Conduct competitive explorations to develop innovative approaches.
• Use and evolve our design system for consistency across products.
• Facilitate design workshops and collaborative activities.
• Document guidelines to enable frictionless product development.
• Communicate design intentions clearly to stakeholders.
• Mentor other designers and support their growth.

Requirements

• 8+ years’ experience as a hands-on Designer.
• A growth-oriented and data-driven approach.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools.
• Experience in creating scalable consumer-facing design solutions.
• Demonstrate high quality in interaction & visual design.
• Knowledge of WCAG, Android, and iOS guidelines.
• Successful track record with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
