Deel is looking for a passionate and experienced Staff Product Designer to join our dynamic team, shaping the future of our products and driving design excellence.

In Short

Lead design initiatives across multiple projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-quality user experiences.
Advocate for and implement design systems.
Rapidly design and prototype new features.

Requirements

5-7 years of experience in Product Design.
Strong skills in UI, UX, and visual design.
Passion for creating impactful user experiences.
Experience with data-informed design processes.
Able to work in ambiguous environments.
Strong communicator and facilitator.
Experience mentoring other designers.
Knowledge of Payroll and Fintech industries.
