Staff Product Designer - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Staff Product Designer who can balance hands-on design work with team leadership. You’ll be both a strategic thinker and a tactical designer—setting a vision, mentoring designers, directly crafting intuitive mobile-first experiences, simplifying complex workflows, and making digital products feel effortless.

In Short

• Define and execute the design vision and strategy in collaboration with product managers, engineers, and other key partners.
• Lead cross-functional ideation sessions, guiding teams through the product design process.
• Conduct user research and integrate personas into design decisions.

Requirements

• 9+ years of product design experience.
• Expertise in end-to-end UX and product design.
• Strong storytelling skills for presenting design direction.
• Ability to balance customer needs with business goals.
• Proven facilitation and collaboration skills.
• Deep experience in design systems.
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative UX research methods.
• Experience optimizing design processes.
• Leadership experience in mentoring designers.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work.
• Mastery of design tools like Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
