Overview

The Senior Manager, Global Payroll at Deel is a unique and challenging management role in a highly complex global environment. This role is responsible for a region’s internal payroll and payments team and works directly with product teams to influence the product roadmap for global payroll offerings.

• Responsible for accurate, on-time payroll processing for assigned regions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years experience in payroll processing and management.
• Strong background in U.S. and international payroll regulations.
• Experience in high-volume, hyper-growth companies.
• Project management experience in payroll processes.
• Experience in payroll product implementation.
• Ability to manage remote teams across different time zones.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions in payroll.
• Proficiency in Google Office suite preferred.
