Overview

As the Senior Payroll Manager APAC + Dubai, you will lead payroll operations across countries in the Asia-Pacific region, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing.

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for APAC countries + Dubai.
• Manage relationships with external payroll provider.
• Ensure adherence to statutory requirements and labor laws.
• Drive continuous improvement in payroll processes.
• Prepare and deliver monthly payroll reports and cost analysis.
• Collaborate with regional HR, Finance, and Legal teams.
• Oversee year-end processes including tax filings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 6+ years of payroll experience, with 4/5 years in APAC.
• Deep expertise in payroll regulations and compliance.
• Proven track record in handling audits and tax reconciliations.
• Experience with global payroll platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
• This is an individual contributor role.
