Overview

Deel is looking for a seasoned leader to head Sales Strategy and Planning function, partnering with CRO to evolve sales strategy and ensure seamless execution of the entire sales lifecycle.

In Short

  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales operations team.
  • Develop strategies to optimize the sales cycle.
  • Provide data-driven insights to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Drive annual and long-term planning processes.
  • Establish and maintain forecasting models and KPIs.
  • Lead business reviews providing data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with leadership across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with Technology teams to optimize CRM platforms.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations.
  • Proven track record in scaling revenue processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Deep understanding of sales cycles and revenue drivers.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • A hands-on operator who thrives in fast-moving environments.
  • Experience in SaaS or high-growth companies is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA a plus.
