Overview

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Deel, you will play a crucial role in breaking into new accounts and fostering relationships with multiple contacts within target customer segments.

In Short

  • Drive Deel's growth through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts.
  • Learn from the sales team and help build the Sales Playbook.
  • Educate and develop leads through various channels.
  • Identify and understand lead generation processes.
  • Generate email sequences and make cold calls.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails.
  • Maintain records of interactions in CRM.
  • Attend local events to generate sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Based anywhere in LATAM.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Sales experience required.
  • Cold calling experience (minimum 20 calls per day).
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a growth mindset.
  • Ability to write effective email copy and campaigns.
  • At least 3 months experience in a similar role.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
  • Active relationship builder.
