RFP Senior Associate - Remote

Overview

As Deel continues to grow rapidly across markets and verticals, the volume and complexity of RFx requests (RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires) have surged—creating a critical need for a dedicated RFP expert within our Deal Desk team.

In Short

• Own the full RFP lifecycle: intake, qualification, project management, response creation, final submission, and post-mortem reviews.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders (Sales, Legal, Product, Security, etc.) to gather accurate, compelling responses.
• Ensure all submissions are aligned with Deel's value proposition, tone, and compliance requirements.
• Partner with existing RFP team members to develop and maintain a central knowledge base.
• Improve and standardize processes, templates, and playbooks to support faster, higher-quality RFP execution.
• Monitor KPIs to assess efficiency, win rates, and overall RFP impact.
• Drive continuous improvement in RFP workflows, tools, and team collaboration.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in RFP management, pre-sales, bid management, or related sales operations roles.
• Excellent project management skills – you know how to drive complex deliverables under pressure and on deadline.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Comfortable collaborating across multiple teams and time zones.
• Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
• Bonus: experience supporting global sales teams, especially in HRTech, SaaS, or B2B software.
