Partnerships Specialist, Africa| Payspace by Deel - Remote

Overview

The Partnership Specialist will work closely with Business Partners to enhance their knowledge and build infrastructure in their business to convert customers to PaySpace.

• Assists with quoting accurate hours for the successful implementation of PaySpace.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with partners.
• Adheres to business processes and systems to meet the company's quality requirements.
• Provides training to partners while playing a lead role in conversions.

Requirements

• Full knowledge of Payroll and HR legislation.
• Experience with South Africa and the rest of Africa's legislation.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in payroll consulting.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite.
• JavaScript or similar programming language experience.
