Overview

The HR Specialist will support global functions, the HR hotline, and urgent HR operational tasks while collaborating closely with regional HR teams.

In Short

  • Provide operational HR support for requests across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Manage and execute global HR operational tasks across the employee life cycle.
  • Respond to inquiries through the HR hotline and written communication channels.
  • Manage and process operational requests ensuring timely delivery.
  • Serve as temporary operational backup for country HR operations.
  • Collaborate with country owners and team leads for HR service delivery.
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives and operational improvements.
  • Other ad hoc duties as required by the HR Experience department.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in HR operations or a similar HR support role.
  • Fluent in English, and Spanish or Portuguese.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts as part of a 24/7 global support model.
  • Experience in high-volume HR operational environments.
  • Experience in a global HR environment supporting multiple regions.
  • Proven ability to manage time-sensitive HR requests.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Experience handling HR helpdesk or ticket-based support systems.
  • Experience with HR systems or HRIS platforms.
  • Must be located in one of the specified countries.
