Overview

As an HR Experience Specialist at Deel, you will be the in-house HR expert for Switzerland, managing complex people-related matters throughout the EOR employee lifecycle.

In Short

Be the HR expert for Switzerland, handling the EOR employee lifecycle.
Own onboarding, off-boarding, and employee support processes.
Provide high-level support for HR-related queries.
Administer reports and HRIS tasks.
Enhance local employee experience and support scaling systems.
3+ years of international HR experience required.
Local HR qualifications are a plus.
Fluency in English and German, French, or Italian is necessary.
Strong analytical and data-driven skills are essential.
Experience with ticketing tools like JIRA or Zendesk is a plus.
