• Be the in-house HR expert for France, managing complex people-related matters.
• Own the EOR employee lifecycle including onboarding, payroll, and benefits.
• Provide high-level support to EOR employees for HR-related queries.
• Admin support including report generation and HRIS administration.
• Help create scalable systems in collaboration with product and operations teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of international HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Local HR qualifications and certifications are a plus.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Strong analytical skills to resolve complex HR issues.
• Data-driven approach to improve employee experience.
• Experience with ticketing tools like JIRA or Zendesk is a plus.
