HR Experience Specialist (Dutch Fluent) - Remote

Overview

The HR Experience Specialist will be responsible for providing hands-on support throughout the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring that Deel's employees have a smooth, efficient, and positive experience across all HR processes.

In Short

• Being our in house HR expert for the assigned region, handling complex people related matters.
• Owning and driving employee lifecycle processes: onboarding/off-boarding, orientation, employee support, performance management, payroll, benefits.
• Providing high-level support to EOR employees, being the first point of contact for HR queries.
• Admin support including report generation and HRIS administration.
• Creating scalable systems in collaboration with product and operations teams.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of HR administrative experience in a high-volume environment.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.
• Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation.
• Knowledge of Dutch labor law.
• International HR experience is an advantage.
• Experience in start-up environments is valued.
• Strong analytical skills to resolve complex HR issues.
• Data-driven mindset to improve employee experience.
• Experience with ticketing tools like JIRA or Zendesk is a plus.
