Overview

The FinCrime Operations Specialist will be responsible for conducting investigations, reviewing transactions, and analyzing data to identify potential risks or suspicious behavior. You will help ensure Deel complies with global regulatory requirements and internal controls, safeguarding the company, its clients, and its partners from financial crime risks.

• Execute KYC, EDD, and compliance reviews.

Requirements

• 0-4 years of experience in operations.
• Understanding of financial compliance in Belgium.

• Ability to work independently.
