• Oversee processes to secure legal permissions for construction projects.
• Lead entitlement processes and collaborate with project teams.
• Research permit requirements at local, state, and federal levels.
• Prepare and submit permit applications with necessary documentation.
• Monitor permit application statuses for timely approvals.
• Negotiate Right-of-Way agreements with property owners.
• Act as a liaison between project teams and regulatory agencies.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and zoning regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of permits and agreements.
• Provide updates on permit progress to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in a Permit/Utility Coordinator role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Proficient in negotiating agreements and resolving conflicts.
• Meticulous in reviewing documentation for accuracy.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
