Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst - Remote

DearDoc provides top doctors with a suite of technology and marketing tools, allowing them to run their practices more efficiently. We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to ensure our products function flawlessly and deliver exceptional user experiences.

In Short

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Identify, document, and track software defects.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of test plans and results.
• Monitor and track quality assurance metrics.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience in software quality assurance and development.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and tools.
• Enjoy working in a fun, fast-paced culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in software quality assurance.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
