Junior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Jr 2 FP&A Analyst will be a key member of the finance team, responsible for supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities. This individual will contribute to the development of budgets, forecasts, and financial models, providing valuable insights to drive business decisions.

• Assist in the preparation of financial budgets and forecasts.
• Support month-end and quarter-end financial closing processes.
• Perform variance analysis between actual results, budget, and forecast.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of proven experience in a financial planning and analysis role.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
