Overview

As a Solutions Architect at dbt Labs, you will lead the charge in France, acting as the face of the company for strategic customers, running technical discovery, delivering impactful demos, and guiding prospects to successful adoption.

In Short

• Become an expert in designing enterprise-grade data pipelines with dbt Cloud.
• Own the full technical sales lifecycle for prospects and customers in France.
• Deliver excellent demos that inspire confidence and show real-world value.
• Build champions within enterprise data teams to help them adopt and scale dbt.
• Contribute to dbt’s voice in the French data ecosystem through industry events and meetups.
• Build close relationships with partners like Snowflake, Google, and Databricks.
• Work with Product to maintain the dbt Cloud enterprise roadmap.
• Be a cultural cornerstone in the EMEA Field Engineering team.

Requirements

• Team-first mentality with a focus on peer success.
• 4+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture or Sales Engineering.
• Strong SQL fluency and knowledge of data modeling and cloud data architectures.
• Experience with dbt or a strong understanding of the modern data stack.
• Experience delivering high-quality demos and storytelling through product.
• Public speaking experience, comfortable presenting to executives.
• Proactive ownership of the technical sale process.
