Overview

As an Executive Business Partner at dbt Labs, you will support the Chief Customer Officer in optimizing their time and managing day-to-day responsibilities, while being involved in various projects that contribute to the company's growth.

In Short

• Provide executive support to the Chief Customer Officer.
• Attend meetings and capture action items.
• Handle travel coordination for the CCO.
• Maintain efficient communication flow.
• Draft communications on behalf of the executive.
• File expense reports and track reimbursements.
• Plan leadership off-sites and manage budgets.
• Provide general project support.
• Travel up to 20% - 30% of the time.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of executive administration experience.
• Experience in a remote-first company.
• Ability to prioritize executive workload.
• Technical skills with Google Suite, Zoom, and Slack.
• Proactive and able to handle ambiguity.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong program management skills.
• High degree of discretion and confidentiality.
